Inherent Risk Statement: Sailing is an outdoor, water-based activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, exposure to weather, immersion in water, injury, head impact, drowning, or, in rare cases, serious injury or death. While Brendan Sailing takes extensive precautions to promote safety, these risks cannot be entirely eliminated.

Campers sail in boats with other campers, and instructors provide supervision and support from nearby boats rather than being in the same boat. If a camper requires an adult to be in the boat with them at all times, Brendan Sailing may not be the best fit.

Our goal is to make Brendan Sailing accessible to families who truly need support. If your family is able to pay the full tuition without financial assistance, we are grateful when you do so. We encourage families to apply for financial aid only when the full cost of camp creates a genuine financial hardship.

If your need is not for tuition assistance, but rather for flexibility with the timing of payments—or if a flexible payment schedule would reduce the amount of financial aid needed—please share your situation with us. We are happy to work with families whenever possible. Please note that financial documentation is required for all scholarship applications.

New this year: A $50 non-refundable administrative fee will be required for all participants, regardless of scholarship award status.
